Condition Assessment and Feasibility Study Services for Vanastra Lions Club Apartments

The Corporation of the County of Huron seeks condition assessment and feasibility study services for the Vanastra Lions Club Apartments in Ontario. The selected vendor must provide property component quantities, system life expectancies, 20-year repair and replacement cost estimates, component replacement costs, and an analysis comparing redevelopment costs to state-of-good-repair costs. Work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. Proponents must submit proposals using the provided Proposal Form Appendix B-1, along with a completed base price breakdown, a schedule with key milestones, two sample project summaries with non-owner/non-HSC references, and proof of required insurances. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 6, 2026, and submit all questions by November 12, 2026.
