Cloud-Based Campus Dining Technology System for Laramie County Community College

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) requires a long-term technology partner to provide a cloud-based campus dining technology system. The selected solution must offer meal plan management, declining balance accounts, mobile ordering, student account management, self-service kiosks, reporting and analytics, and point-of-sale functionality. Work will be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Proposals are due by December 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm MT via Public Purchase ONLY, and questions must be submitted through Public Purchase by November 24, 2026. LCCC will host an optional virtual presentation and Q&A session on November 12, 2026. Proposals must include a company overview, mobile approach, and a detailed five-year cost proposal, limited to 30 printed pages. LCCC will evaluate proposals based on specifications, qualifications, and the most advantageous combination of value.
