Community and After School and Summer Youth Program Services for Public Housing Youth

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide community, after-school, and summer youth program services to a government authority located in Erie, Pennsylvania. The selected vendor must implement a registration and membership system and deliver structured programs serving 300 unduplicated public housing youth annually, including educational support, arts and culture, sports leagues, supervised playtime, tutorial services, and adult and youth computer literacy classes. The contractor must also supply leadership training for youth ages 13 to 18, partner with youth-serving agencies via referrals, and provide outreach and transportation to engage public housing residents. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and performance of the work will take place offsite.
