Various Preventive and In-Home Case Management Services for Monroe County

Monroe County Department of Human Services seeks proposals for various preventive services across four program areas: General Preventive Services, Family Finding Services, Intensive Family Support Services, and Family Preservation Services. Contractors must provide in-home case management services to families whose children face moderate to significant risk of foster care placement due to maltreatment, while supporting permanency and reunification efforts for families separated by Child Protective Services intervention. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must submit questions by November 13, 2026, and deliver completed proposals by December 11, 2026. Submissions require a completed program budget template, debarment certifications, an Equal Pay Certification, insurance certificates, an authorized corporate officer certification letter, and an MWBE and SDVOB Utilization Plan. An evaluation committee of selected County personnel will review proposals based on criteria deemed pertinent to these services, including cost and proposed fees.
