First 3 Contracted Child Care Pilot Service for Monroe County Families

The Monroe County Department of Human Services requests qualifications from vendors to provide the First 3 Contracted Child Care Pilot service offsite in Monroe County, New York. The contractor will supply contracted child care seats to participating families without means testing for children within the applicable age group. Responsibilities include managing provider eligibility, child enrollment, attendance reporting through child care management software, parent co-payments, and provider incentive payments. Only onshore United States organizations may participate.
